This class is designed to provide each debtor with basic information that may be of benefit in managing your financial affairs during and after your involvement with your Chapter 13 case. If a married couple has filed a joint petition in Chapter 13 both are required to attend the Debtor Education Class. Non-filing spouses of Chapter 13 debtors are welcome to attend the Debtor Education Class.
